Members go to the front of the day plan. When the AC dies in August, that is the difference between today and Thursday.

The same technicians, who already know your water heater, your DB board and which cupboard the stopcock is in.

Repairs outside the scheduled visits are quoted at member rates, still as one fixed price you approve before work starts.

What does an annual maintenance contract in Dubai include?
Scheduled visits through the year (4, 6 or 8 depending on the plan), an AC service and coil clean, plumbing and electrical checks, a water heater descale and handyman hours on each visit. Every plan adds priority response on breakdowns, the same team every visit and member rates on extra work.
How much does an AMC cost?
It depends on the property type, the number of bedrooms and how many AC units it has, so we quote each property rather than publish a price that would be wrong for most homes. Send those three details on WhatsApp and we quote the contract.
Are parts included in the contract?
No. Scheduled visits cover inspection, service and adjustment. Parts and replacements are quoted separately at member rates, still as one fixed price you approve before work starts.
Which plan suits a villa?
The Villa plan suits townhouses and 3 to 5 bedroom villas and adds a water tank and pump check. Villa+ is for large villas with a pool, garden or staff quarters and adds garden irrigation, outdoor lighting and a pool plant room check.
