The hard part of light installation in a Dubai apartment is not the wiring, it is finding something in the ceiling strong enough to hold it. That is what we check first.
The causes we find, in order
No suitable fixing point
Plasterboard and hollow ceilings will not hold a chandelier on the original hook, and the fitting comes down eventually. We fix to the slab or add a spreader rated for the weight.
Dimmer and LED driver mismatch
New LED fittings flicker or buzz on an old dimmer that was designed for filament lamps. Matching the dimmer to the driver fixes what looks like a faulty fitting.
No earth at the ceiling rose
Older points were run without an earth, which is fine for a plastic fitting and not for a metal one. We check before fitting rather than after, because it changes what can safely be installed.
Existing point in the wrong place
The light needs to be over the table, not where the developer put the rose. Moving the point means chasing, re-routing and making good, which we quote as one price.

Yes, once we have seen the ceiling. Send a photo of the existing point and the fitting with its weight, and we will tell you what anchor it needs before you approve anything.
Do you supply the light fitting?
No. You buy the fitting you want and we install it. Fixings, connectors and anything needed to mount it safely are included in the fixed price.
